Refund & Return Policy

As all products are unique and produced only once ordered (to help reduce product waste), refunds, returns, and exchanges are not accepted at this time. Unfortunately, this policy applies if you accidentally ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you!

However, in the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, the manufacturer offers a free replacement or a refund if they are contacted within 30 days of product delivery. If you find yourself with a damaged product or a manufacturing error, email a photo showing the issue and your order number to hello@truthloveandplants.com as soon as possible and I will contact the manufacturer so they can make it right.
